Company News :- 

There has been a great development in our business which we certainly hope will grow.  Our ponds have been identified as ideal for schools to have in their grounds as dipping ponds for outdoor science experiments and investigation for the children.  So far we have delivered to Larmenier & Sacred Heart School in Hammersmith (see photos below) and John Ball Primary School in Blackheath.  Both are inner city schools and so outdoor wildlife stations are wonderful for the children.  The John Ball project has been funded by a grant from The Royal Society Partnership Grant Scheme and their partner is the British Naturalist's Association, specifically Dr June Chatfield, a fellow of the BNA.  We support this venture wholeheartedly and will be more than happy to speak to any other schools who may like to contact us.

Lilypools is delighted to announce that we are now Lilypools Limited.  We expect this development to aid the growth of the company and help us to ensure a realistic pricing structure for a very high quality product.

We are in the process of developing a range of floating planters which will work very well with our raised wooden ponds.  As with all new products the planning and development stage is time consuming but we expect to have another quality Lilypools product to make available to you, so watch this space!

Show News :-

We are sorry to inform you that due to unforseen circumstances we do not expect to be exhibiting at any Garden Shows during 2009 after all.  We are very disappointed by this but rest assured if the situation changes we shall keep you updated via this page.

We were very excited to attend our first trade show GLEE 2008 at the Birmingham NEC in September.  Our stand attracted a great deal of attention and we are currently in negotiations with a number of trade contacts with the aim of extending our outlet network.

We are very proud to pass on the fantastic news that Lilypools won a GOLD AWARD at the 2008 Tees Valley Garden Show for our pond design.  The response we received from visitors to the very busy show was amazing and we are now hard at work preparing quotes and processing orders received.  Thanks to the show organisers and all of the visitors who came to see us.

In April last year we attended the Harrogate Spring Flower Show and were delighted with the very positive response and interest we received.  We were there in association with Aquatic Finatic of Northallerton.  Take a look at some pictures of our display below.

We were delighted to deliver a Lilypools pond to Larmenier and Sacred Heart Primary School in Hammersmith.  It was a fabulous school and the children , and staff, were delighted to receive the pond into their special garden.  We look forward to seeing pictures of the pond when the garden is blooming.  Thanks to everyone at the school for such a warm welcome.
